YOU
As an Senior Associate in the Tax Law team, you will have the following 'hard skills':
-qualified lawyer
-practical experience in tax dispute resolution and controversy
-experience from a Big 4 or mid-tier CA firm, or top-tier law firm, is desired
You will also possess the following 'soft skills':
-experience in business development and building relationships
-experience in leadership at a high management level
-excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-collaborative
THE OPPORTUNITY
Your chance to join a team dedicated to resolving tax disputes with revenue authorities with a unique perspective. You will have exposure to both alternative dispute resolution and litigation within the State and Federal Courts. Strategising with clients, and preparing evidence and gaining technical analysis from tax and non-tax specialists alike, will be a part of your new role. The Tax Controversy team is headed by strong female leadership, and female Partnership presence, which may very well be your ideal work environment.
