Tax and Treasury Manager job in west London paying £90,000 for tax and treasury specialist

Your new company
This growing organisation is looking for a tax and treasury manager with experience in international businesses to come and assist in the further development of the business, and take ownership for setting up treasury and taking the lead for the tax planning for the group.

Your new role
Responsibilities for this role will be split across tax and treasury. Tax responsibilities will include taking the lead on tax planning, establishing the groups transfer pricing policy, overseeing corporate tax compliance, prepare statutory corporate tax provisions, budget and forecast for tax charges, and provide advise to the business on international tax ramifications for the group. Treasury responsibilities will include setting up treasury policies and procedures for the group, cash management, working capital management, Cash reporting, FX risk, establishing and managing banking relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience with the above responsibilities covering both tax and treasury, ideally having set up a treasury/tax function before though this is not essential.
