This US focused tax consultancy has undergone strong growth in the last 2 years and has made a number of important changes to its strategic direction. The MD has a plan in base to grow the team organically and add further value to the consultancies offering. This means opportunity for all staff, but in particular for the person that takes on this important position.

The consultancy:

You will be working for an international organisation with a main office in London. This is an entrepreneurial organisation with a diverse offering that includes providing compliance and planning services to individuals, corporation and trusts. The team is staffed by ex-Big 4 staff members and people from niche consultancies and mid-tier firms. The culture is friendly and open with no clock watching.

You will ideally have background in US tax for an entrepreneurial client base and a strong understanding of the issues of US individuals from a US and international perspective. As a senior member of the team, you will contribute to the management and strategic direction of the office. You will also mentor staff and have a high level of involvement with the clients of the firm.
