R&D Tax Senior Manager

This international consultancy has an opportunity for someone who would like to head up a team and work alongside the MD as his effective number two.  The consultancy has grown organically (by 50% over the last year) and a recent acquisition has significantly increased its size and fee base. Clients are comparable to the Big 4. These includes significant names and fast growing SME’s. I would describe the culture of the organisation as entrepreneurial and non-corporate in attitude.

The role:

The outgoing director has done a great job improving the processes and introducing an effective training programme to upskill the tax and non-tax people. The role is now open for a commercial senior professional with the ability to lead and contribute to the growth of the business.
