ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING AND TURNAROUND VIETNAM HCMC

Our client a Big 4 firm in Vietnam is looking for an AD in corporate restructuring and turnaround.

Key responsibilities:
•Lead multiple client development efforts, design and sell engagements, as well as manage client relations in a consulting environment
•Develop detailed project scope/deliverable design and work plans for the restructuring and turnaround of the company
•Manage projects (often simultaneously) providing services covering debt and corporate restructuring ranging from corporate strategy, corporate and organisational structure to accounting and finance, supply chain, human resource, internal control, etc.
•Ensure projects are delivered on time/budget (usually very tight)
•Conduct frequent interactions with executive clients and provide insights and recommendations on issues impacting the client’s business

Requirements:
•Qualifications: Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Operation Management.
•Experience: •A minimum of 15 years proven experience, of which at least 10 years in a managerial position in corporate restructuring & turnaround and/or in areas such as finance and/or supply chain management.

•Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Change Management, Marketing strategies, Cashflow Management, Supply Chain Management, People Management, Internal Control, and Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”).
•Capabilities and skills: •Strong business development skills
•Ability to undertake a high volume of work in a stressful environment
•Strong interpersonal and verbal skills
•Ability to practice a high level of integrity, independence, objectivity, confidentiality and judgment
•Ability to coach below levels to recognise strengths and provide timely feedback for professional development.
