You can get in at ground level with an up and coming tax consulting team within an internationally renowned firm and really have the chance to shine. You will be a skilled tax practitioner who will be responsible for the development and management of the Private Client area of the tax team. So that means you need to be personable and able to offer sound advice to a range of different client types including some high net worth clients who need a true expert. If you have experience dealing with entrepreneurs and business owners, this job could be right up your street.

You also need an air of confidence about you and the ability to see yourself as a partner in the future. This is a role for people who are ready for career progression and who can be comfortable managing a portfolio of varied clients all of whom will want your personal attention, sometimes on a daily basis. When it comes to building the business, you will need to be willing to get involved in that too. From identifying new opportunities to preparing proposals for prospective clients, you will be creating your own workload and then looking after it.
