Corporate Tax Accountant, Surrey, to £45k

Reporting to the Tax Partner and working alongside other experienced Tax Professionals the role is considered to be an excellent role for someone who likes to work with a high degree of autonomy as you will manage your own portfolio of clients.

The role will include:
• Corporate Tax Compliance work
• Annual corporation tax returns
• Directors' Remuneration
• Share Schemes
• VAT Planning
• Exposure and cover for some Private Client work
• Plenty of client interaction

You will be responsible for identifying tax planning opportunities within your portfolio of clients and overtime the role can include more advisory work depending on your level of expertise and studies – you will certainly become a competent Portfolio Manager very quickly.
The portfolio itself consists of clients owner managed businesses, corporate groups including those with an International flavour across a diverse range of sectors.

The ideal candidate will have gained at least two years of relevant experience Corporate Tax experience and will most probably be CTA Qualified or certainly be on track to complete the CTA – or perhaps you are a Qualified ACA/ACCA who now wishes to focus and develop their career in Tax.
The role is comfortably commutable from Woking, Cobham, Weybridge, Leatherhead areas.
