I am working with a Top 10 firm who are seeking a Personal Tax Assistant Manager to join the team in Northampton.
You will be competent with filing and reviewing complicated tax returns and be able to mentor and coach more junior members of the team as well as identifying and developing tax planning opportunities.
Playing a central role in the department, you will have previous experience of overseeing the tax return process, have management or supervisory experience and be CTA qualified or equivalent.
Great interpersonal skills are essential as you will be tasked in building an understanding of the potential for selling into clients by identifying and developing tax planning/advisory opportunities and raising these with the senior management team. The firm and the team are growing rapidly so there is ample prospects for progression as they firmly believe in home grown talent.
