A premier brokerage firm in Greenwich, CT is actively seeking a driven and dynamic Tax professional for a rewarding Managerial role in their in-house family office. In this role, the Tax Manager will be responsible for providing tax support to family office entities.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Tax Manager will:
• Perform tax compliance functions
• Prepare and analyze comprehensive quarterly income tax projections
• Participate in income and transfer tax planning and provide projections as required
• Research and analyze tax issues
• Coordinate with external accountants and advisors
• Correspond with IRS and state tax agencies to address inquiries and resolve audits
• Proactively consider tax law changes
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 5+ years of accounting and tax experience
• CPA
• Polished and professional demeanor
• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in tax
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
• Strong understanding of tax issues, including subchapter K, US international tax provisions, foreign tax credits and similar concepts
Desired Skills
• Experience within a family office or similar setting
