My client is a large multinational advisory firm who are rapidly expanding and looking to bring on top compensation services managers. The biggest needs currently are in the Frankfurt, Dusseldorf and Munich offices but there are options in smaller offices in Berlin, Hamburg and other German cities.
My client is looking to bring on both local German professionals and expats from large and technically advanced markets. Germany is known for being the biggest economy in Europe with Expats relocating to and from Germany in large multinationals the Compensation Service offering is growing. This opportunity offers a less rigid career progression within a young and dynamic team of professionals! Sponsorship is available for exceptional candidates (ideally from the US market due to technical similarities).
Requirements for the role:
1) a minimum of 5 years of Global Mobility Tax with a focus on Compensation services experience (Big Four ideal)
2) Fluency in English (German language skills are considered an asset)
3) Willingness to travel
