EY's Personal Tax Centre provides personal taxation services to thousands of financial services clients both in the UK and overseas, dealing with the UK tax affairs of employees, directors, partners and very high net worth and high profile individuals.
Continuing expansion means that we have a number of opportunities for Trainee Tax Assistants to join our teams in Newcastle, Exeter, Birmingham and Manchester.
Working as part of a team, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing (under supervision) an allocated portfolio of work
* Preparation of tax returns and dealing with the compliance of tax processing
* Verbal and written contact with clients
* Interaction with other EY offices both in the UK and overseas
* Contact with HM Revenue and other third parties.

* Computer literacy, with the ability to adapt to new systems
* An understanding of Tax is desirable but not necessary as training and study support will be provided.
