You will be in the Media & Entertainment team with the following responsibilities:
* Bookkeeping for touring and non touring clients
* Raising sales invoices
* Bank and balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments, monthly end duties
* Credit card reconciliations
* Petty cash reconciliations
* VAT Returns
* EC Sales lists
* Tour accounts
* Processing and reviewing staff and customer/client expenses
* Dealing with client queries
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills:
*Junior/Entry level or with some accounts assistant experience (ideal but not essential)
*Able to work independently
*Touring accounts experience (ideal but not essential)
*Quickbooks experience (desirable but not essential)
