Senior European VAT Analyst role required for this global electronics business in Greater London - up to £48k

Your new role

* Prepare, analyse and submit statutory VAT compliance and associated reporting obligations for the European group Limited;

* Deliver reviewed and complete VAT returns in final form to VAT manager for review;

* Review VAT A/P postings and analyse for errors made by Accounts Payable. Resolve queries and amend errors accordingly;

* Provide timely, accurate and effective VAT advice to the business on VAT implications on business flows, processes and other issues as required;

* Take ownership on specific VAT projects and deliver VAT training where required.

What you'll need to succeed

* University degree qualification or equivalent
* Related working experience: VAT background, 3-5 years' experience ideally, European VAT returns (at least 3 or 4 European countries other than UK)
* SAP knowledge
* Good in Excel - data analysis
* English language (written and spoken)
* Detail oriented, persistent
