Senior RM - Trust and Corporate Services, Zurich (36272)

Do you have a strong Zurich-based network of tax lawyers, private equity houses and financial institutions? Would you be able to leverage that to make my client the provider of choice for private client trust and corporate services?

If so, this strategic role, based in my client's Zurich offices, may be for you. I'm looking for a STEP qualified, fluent German and English speaker, with at least 5 to 8 years of proven experience within a corporate services and trust environment, but with a strong interest in, and knowledge of, the private client space.

Trust accounting knowledge and a legal background would be welcome.

Your responsibilities will be to:

* Manage and administer a portfolio of trust and foundations;
* Have contact with new and existing clients, both directly and through external specialists, on a national and international level;
* Actively acquire new clients and to assist in the incorporation and implementation of client structures, including trusts and foundations;
* Take care of all the general legal and fiscal aspects of your client's structures;
* Ensure the provision of client accounting services on your client's entities in close cooperation with my client's accounting specialists;
* Ensure full tax compliance on all your files in conjunction with external tax specialists;
* Ensure fee collection and chasing/collection of debtors;
* Meeting all compliance requirements on your client's files in accordance with Swiss Anti Money Laundering and statutory regulations.

You will most likely already be a Zurich/surroundings resident.
