Tax and Structuring Manager - In house - Leading PE Firm

This is an amazing opportunity to continue the fast paced and challenging work in tax M&A and structuring but move in-house with a large European PE firm.

This is a pure advisory role, reporting directly to the CFO. You will advise and oversee on the structuring of fund acquisitions, management of external adviser's and consideration of the account and legal implications.

You will also liaise closely the the transaction team in structuring acquisitions and related financing arrangement, and understand the tax implications across multiple jurisdictions.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in the creation, review and supervision of funds flow in conjunction with the finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to manage the implementation of structure and closing process and the on-going monitoring of structure impact of new legislation in various jurisdictions.

The client in question is more so looking for core technical foundation & training, aptitude, and desire to develop in the role, in return they are willing to coach and train on areas that you may not have exposure to yet.
