Interim Senior Manager - Corporation Tax Compliance & Reporting, FTSE 100

The company

Our client a FTSE 100 listed business is the largest business providing its particular services in the global market place. With the Head Office based in Central London they provide services globally to an extensive range of businesses, industries and Government bodies. They have extensive operations across Europe, Africa and Asia.

The role

Reporting to the Group Tax Director you will be responsible for the following:

* Statutory reporting - including interim, year-end and individual statutory accounts (under FRS101)
* The review of UK corporate tax compliance of a number of computations prepared by more junior members of team
* Cash flow forecasting, Group Payment Arrangement, Joint Amended Return, review of debt cap calculations
* Management of outsourced overseas corporation tax compliance
* Management of outsourced R&D claim preparation
* Assistance with BEPS implementation

About you

The ideal candidate will be ACA/CTA qualified including significant experience dealing with HMRC. You will have already gained in-house corporation tax compliance and reporting experience from your previous roles. You will be responsible for the management and leadership of a team of tax professionals and must possess enthusiasm and an ability to work at pace in a quickly changing environment.
