International Tax Manager - In-House
An excellent opportunity for a move in-house has arisen with one of the country's most reputable Business Services companies. On the lookout for an International Tax Manager, this growing team is looking for exceptional candidates with a flair for International Tax.
On offer for the successful International Tax Manager is a competitive salary, a wide range of benefits, and career progression within a fast paced and innovative organisation. As an International Tax Manager, you will be exposed to a variety of different taxes including international tax, transfer pricing and a range of Tax Advisory work.
The duties of the International Tax Manager are:
* Work with external advisors to manage and review international corporate income tax filings and statutory tax disclosures.
* Ensure cross-border transactions are transfer pricing compliant and that appropriate documentation/reports are maintained.
* Support US GAAP tax reporting requirements.
* Take the lead and provide effective co-ordination of projects as and when required.
An ideal candidate for this International Tax Manager will be ACA/CTA with a Big 4/Top 10/Top 20 background and with 2-5 years PQE in a corporate tax environment. Experience of reporting under US GAAP with a US Multinational is highly preferable. As an International Tax Manager, it is essential that you have a strong background in international tax compliance work and are used to dealing with technical aspects of risk management.
