Partnership Tax Specialist - Leading London Law Firm - Competitive Salary Package

On a daily basis as the Partnership Tax Manager you'd be responsible for:
* Preparing the partnership tax computation for the UK LLP and incorporating its European branches.
* Managing UK corporation tax compliance for all of the firm's corporate entities.
* Facilitating an international entity and partner tax filings through provision of underlying information and analysis to the external tax advisers.
* Assisting with all of the UK partners' tax affairs through management of a small portfolio; includes responsibility for preparing tax returns and dealing with ad hoc advisory matters.
* Dealing with withholding tax queries across the global firm.
* Identifying, researching and resolving technical issues across a variety of areas including VAT and employment taxes.
* Working alongside the Head of Group Tax in the calculation of the firm's annual management charge and ensuring that it is compliant from a Transfer Pricing perspective.
* Assisting the Head of Group Tax with ad hoc projects including new office openings, restructuring and ad hoc worked as directed by the partners.
