The Role:

* Oversee and advise on structuring of Fund acquisitions
* Principal focus will be on tax structuring, with regard to accounting and legal implications
* Managing external advisors and support the transaction team in structuring the financing arrangements
* Management of implementation of structure and closing process
* Oversee and advise on portfolio company re-organisations, restructurings, refinancing and exits
* Assist on tax affairs of the Fund and the Advisor

You will become an integral part of this team and will work on all different aspects of the above points which will allow you to gain an exceptionally rounded view of how to manage a group tax function.

This role would suit a qualified Accountant with Private Equity knowledge / experience.
