Tax Risk Advisory Partner, to £250k

An opportunity has arisen for a market-facing Partner to join this global professional services firm to lead and develop their tax risk advisory offering.

Our client is a global professional services firm with a very well established and highly regarded corporate tax team.

The role:

The successful individual will join as a Partner and play a key role in driving the business forward to take advantage of the evolving tax environment.

This role is highly market facing and it is expected that this individual will have key responsibilities for generating new business, growing the practice and developing the team.  Specific responsibilities include:

- Develop services in tax risk and compliance assurance
- Understand where tax risks lie in target clients, providing process improvement solutions
- Assist clients with developing a tax strategy that is fit for purpose given the evolving regulatory environment
- Build key internal relationships in order to raise the profile of the offering
- Develop the firm's reputation within the field of Tax Risk
- Recruit and develop the team

The person:

You will be an experienced tax professional currently operating at Director or Partner level and possess the desire and drive to help grow the business.

If an existing Director, you will be on the cusp of Partner and perhaps be frustrated in your current firm by lack of business case for progression.

If an existing Partner, you will be keen to work in an environment where you can make a difference.
