Transfer Pricing- Future Director, Sydney, Australia
My client is one of the region's leading specialist TP practices with an excellent reputation for managing large scale, Asia Pac and global supply chain engagements including advising some of Australia and the region's largest companies.
This practice is highly influential and progressive offering its staff access to world class work and clients due to the firms cohesive global, "go to market" strategy. This team actively participates in and often leads mandates and projects with counterparts in the US and Europe and is the clear leader for more localized AP initiatives.
Although based in Sydney, the scope of the role will be much, much broader and as such my client is seeking high performing, experienced managers to continue to develop the team into a key centre of excellence in the region. With inspirational leadership and the backing of a very mature brand, this opportunity is not one to miss and career progression will be rapid.
Although the focus of the role will be on supply chain planning / cross border structuring (i.e. TESCM) the role will naturally cover BEPS / TP policy risk, TP controversy and operational TP issues. Clients will vary significantly so flexibility is key but specialist TMT, mining, O&G and FSTP experience will all be well regarded.
To be considered for this role you will have strong TP experience at either Manager or Senior Manager level gained in a large and sophisticated market such as North America, Europe / UK, South Africa, NZ or Australia. The bulk of your experience will be in a consulting environment such as the big 4, top 10 or multinational law firm.
You must have strong client relationship, business development and communication skills in order to be a success however the rewards can be significant.
