Transfer Pricing- Future Partner, Melbourne, Australia
My client is a leading global firm with a mature and well respected practice in the Melbourne, Australia market. Servicing a broad range of international inbound and Australian outbound clients, the work here is very diverse with ample opportunity for growth to build a case for partnership. As Australia's second largest city, Melbourne is home to many of Australia's largest companies and financial services organisations as well as being a crucial hub for Asia Pacific, Trans-Tasman and global trade.
As a result of a strong local market and ambitious plans to grow the national practice an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director or strong Senior Manager to join the specialist TP practice based in Melbourne. With the support of a broader tax business and a very strong national TP function you will lead and develop new client relationships as well as promoting new services and developments to the already strong tax client base.
The work will range from APAs, supply chain planning / structuring and TP controversy through to large scale documentation and operational TP issues. Clients will vary from large ASX10 listed companies & banks, significant local private groups as well subsidiaries of some of the worlds largest organisations across all industries.
To be considered for this role you will have strong TP experience at either Senior Manager level or Director level gained in a large and sophisticated market such as North America, Europe / UK, South Africa, NZ or Australia. The bulk of your experience will be in a consulting environment such as the big 4, top 10 or multinational law firm.
You must have strong client relationship, business development and communication skills in order to be a success however the rewards can be significant.
