The practice has an expertise in private client work, including family work, and together these two areas account for over half the firm’s fee income. Clients:

The trust and tax team act for both entrepreneurs who have generated their own wealth, and families whose assets have accumulated over the generations. The values of the trusts range from several million to hundreds of millions with funds invested in a wide range of assets including quoted investments, bespoke open ended investment companies, hedge funds, landed estates, residential and commercial property. In addition to the UK work there is also significant offshore and international work.

The Role:

In this role you will work closely with the head of trusts and private client tax. You will assume responsibility for dealing directly with clients and managing their trusts and financial affairs. In addition to direct involvement in the trust and tax administration and compliance, you will deal with more specialised and complex work involving close liaison with clients.
