One of the world's most successful specialist banks are seeking a Tax Manager to join their highly achieving team. The business have a truly global presence and operate in over 30 countries.
This is a very exciting role focusing on tax planning, advisory and reporting. The vast portfolio of this bank insures no two day are ever the same. This is a fantastic opportunity for any ACA qualified Tax Manager with US reporting experience with or without a financial services background.
Tax Manager key Responsibility's
* Review and/or preparation of tax provisions
* Leading the automation of tax provisions.
* Quarterly review of US GAAP tax provisions.
* Provide tax accounting expertise and training to the accounting team.
* Purchase accounting work.
* Review/preparation of tax forecasts.
Tax Projects & Consulting
* Assisting with restructuring and M&A projects.
* Assisting with global transfer pricing work.
* Providing tax advice to the business on new products and businesses
* International tax planning.
* Modelling & considering impact of legislative changes.
* Technical research.
* Assisting the tax team with ad-hoc projects and advisory matters as needed.
Tax compliance
* Assisting the tax team with tax compliance matters as needed (e.g. review of tax returns prepared by the Big 4).
Tax Manager Key Skills
* Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
* Experience of working in the Big 4 or other leading practice.
* Understanding of US reporting
* Strong Tax Advisory background.
