Main responsibilities
Preparing and printing letters
Updating and maintaining contact/address database and databases monitoring progress and billing information
Paper filing, including audit papers and audited Annual Returns
Logging receipt of Annual Return documents when received
Screening Annual Returns on receipt to identify missing information
Setting up electronic and paper files for auditors
Scanning/photocopying audited Annual Returns before they are sent back to audited body
Updating completion details on database when audited Annual Returns are sent back
Preparing billing sheets
Logging completed audit satisfaction survey forms
The job requires someone with the ability to work quickly, be part of a team and has excellent attention to detail.
Experience
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
Education/qualifications
Maths and English Language at GCSE grade C or equivalent
Essential
Good organisational skills, attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential
Desirable
Some experience of simple accounts
