You will ideally be STEP qualified with 6-8 years of corporate trust experience.
Your main responsibilities will be to
* Actively manage the legal and corporate aspects of transactions for client companies
* Assist with the client acceptance/KYC process;
* Assist with the closing of transactions; and
* Ensure the continuing good standing of client companies
Additionally, you will need to closely liaise with internal and external stakeholders, whilst preserving and developing a strong network of reputable clients, advisers and counterparties , as well as mentoring junior team members on an ongoing basis
