Business Tax Manager, £60k

The resurgent and rapidly growing business tax team of this highly regarded independent medium sized practice can offer fast track progression, considerable responsibility and a mix of challenging work to an accomplished and ambitious corporate tax manager.

Working within a friendly and motivated team, your responsibilities, which will be wide-ranging and varied, will include the following:

*Managing the corporate tax compliance process for a portfolio of corporate clients across a range of sectors including property,media and some not for profit clients
*Taking direct management responsibility for junior staff and assisting with their development and training
*Attending networking events and generally assisting with developing business for the practice
*Providing a range of tax advisory services to clients on a range of issues including;
*Structures -company, LLP
*Restructuring
*Research and development tax relief
*Group Tax Planning
*International Tax matters
*Corporate and Property acquisitions and disposals

Ideally you will be an ACA.ACCA or CTA qualified and possess a breadth of experience which will include a strong knowledge of corporate tax compliance and advisory work, competent management skills and a willingness to assist the partners with acquiring new business
