Private Client Tax Senior Manager - Remote Working, Path to Partner

What will the role involve?

You would join as a senior manager and work closely with one of the tax partners on high level advisory work. The other part of your job will involve you managing a great team of tax professionals and ensuring the department runs like a well-oiled machine. Using your management and client skills will be key here. You will need to show that you can run the team and have the ability to deal with high level advisory work.

The tax partners are very open to you contributing to the strategic direction of the practice and like people who can come up with ideas.

If it’s this relaxed, will I have to say goodbye to a career?

The practice can offer you a fast track to partner. You do not have to be a sales person to make partner here, as the firm looks at total contribution to the practice and not just the bottom line.
