Excellent opportunity for a Tax Accountant / Manager looking for an in house role with a world leading insurance business.
This business operate at the heart of the global insurance industry and frequently offer promotion opportunities as well as the chance to move overseas with the business. This firm also are offering a highly attractive salary and benefits package which is unrivalled by competitors.
The role is largely focused around UK compliance and reporting however you will also undertake various project work including system implementation. You'll regularly liaise with different departments including structuring, transfer pricing and international teams. As you grow in to the role there will be the opportunity to move in to different areas of tax advisory work as well as other areas of tax.
The Role:
* Provide support to the UK Tax Director in the development, implementation and monitoring of tax planning
* Prepare UK and international tax compliance information/returns
* Prepare data for UK and international financial reporting purposes
* Provide advice on withholding tax queries to the business
* Identify and implement improvements to internal processes and controls
The Person:
* Relevant qualifications include ACA / ACCA / CTA / ATT etc.
* Tax Accounting experience either in Practice or In House
