Interim Tax Manager, 9 month contract, Berkshire, to £325 per day

The company

Our client based in Berkshire owns a number of iconic brands that they bring to the UK and global market. The Group has remained consistent to its vision and mission and continue to satisfy their shareholders by achieving sustainable growth. They are seeking an interim Tax Manager to join the team on a 9 month contract.

The role

Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager you will be responsible for the following:

* Management of all UK corporation tax compliance, including overseeing return preparation, group relief schedules, CFC reviews, debt cap reviews and similar and dealing with HMRC queries and SAO requirements.
* Supervision of corporate tax compliance across a number of entities across a number of countries.
* Responsibility for annual IFRS reporting of the Group's current and deferred tax position
* Forecasting the group's effective tax rate and cash outflows for budget purposes and monthly monitoring of the same.
* Reviewing tax disclosures in UK statutory accounts.

About you

Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager you will take the lead role in supporting the business through their corporate tax process including their Year End reporting process in June. You will be ACA and/or CTA Qualified with solid experience in the areas of deferred tax, tax provisioning and IFRS reporting and be able to competently work autonomously.
