Two rare opportunities have arisen to work for a highly acquisitive, major US multinational business with operations across the globe.
Key responsibilities include participating in the implementation of tax strategy and assisting on M&A and tax planning initiatives. Of equal importance is to recruit someone who is practical and willing to occasionally prepare tax filings, analyse various tax laws & regulations and participate in the drafting of tax technical memoranda. This is an evolving environment because of the transactional nature of the business so there are always opportunities to optimise and streamline current systems and processes.
You will report into a highly respected senior head of department with extensive US tax expertise. This person will offer the right balance of support and autonomy for you to make an impact and really add value in this commercial environment.
It is essential you have Big Four training and are happy to relocate / live in the UK. The role will sometimes require some flexible working because of the stakeholder interaction across various countries.
