A world leading technology business are looking for a newly qualified Accountant / Tax professional based in London.

This company operate at the heart of the global media and technology industry. With recent acquisitions having taken place, you will undertake a highly varied role including advisory / project work, transfer pricing and compliance.

You will be joining a high performing tax team where you'll benefit from having daily interaction with Senior Management within the tax function. This is a progressive business that will listen to your career ambitions and can offer various career progression opportunities either in the UK or overseas.

The Role:

* Assist the company with aligning global tax position with their business strategy whilst managing global effective tax rate and minimizing tax risk
* Assist with addressing tax controversy matters in the UK and international region
* Prepare selected UK corporate tax returns and coordinate preparation of other selected UK tax filings
* Coordinate the corporate tax return compliance, estimated tax payments and other tax related external reporting obligations for international region
* Assist with the preparation of transfer pricing reports under the direction of the Transfer Pricing Manager, as well as assist with transfer pricing valuation and other transactional support on an ad-hoc basis
* Keep abreast on key UK and international tax developments (such as BEPS)

This role would suit a newly qualified Accountant / Tax Professional looking for a varied role within a progressive in house firm. Relevant qualifications include CTA / ACA / ACCA. You may also be part qualified and awaiting exam results.
