Tax Manager - 6 months FTC

* Ensure global corporate tax compliance across all parts of the organisation, working with local market teams, outsource providers and external advisers. It will involve overseeing the tax affairs of our operations internationally and managing any tax authority enquiries/investigations.
* Key role in the year end reporting and forecasting/budgeting process with parent company.
* Key role in the year end corporate tax compliance process including preparing the UK corporation tax returns and the disclosure in the Group and UK financial statements.
* Managing the Group's CFC reporting requirements
* Developing and managing the Group's country by country reporting requirements
* Reviewing overseas tax returns and statutory accounts tax disclosure
* Key point of contact for queries relating to compliance matters
* Monitor and improve Group wide compliance with Key Financial Controls
* Identify and implement improvements to enable the Group to manage better its tax affairs as it expands and develops internationally
* Identify and implement process improvements to streamline our approach to taxation matters
* Ad hoc projects subject to availability, including involvement in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation and due diligence on set up in new markets

Technical skills

Essential

* Strong experience of preparation of UK Corporation tax returns
* Experience of reviewing international tax returns
* Technically up to date
* Accounting competency
* Preparation of stat accounts disclosure

Desirable

* Preparation of IFRS group accounts disclosure
* Advisory experience
