Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* The analysis and documentation of TP systems and processes to identify any risks and potential areas for improvements;
* Assisting with the preparation of transfer pricing reports and OECD compliant documentation, including the new country by country reporting analysis;
* Assisting with the management of tax authority enquiries and double tax treaty issues;
* Acting as a point of contact for the global finance network to field transfer pricing related questions and to provide relevant information to the network;
* Work with external consultants to help in reviewing and facilitating transfer pricing studies globally;
* Help with the preparation and maintenance of internal transfer pricing documents, including the Group TP Policy, exceptions to the Policy and intra-group agreements, and
* Assist with the review and documentation of the following business areas:
o Wealth Management
o Real Estate
o Shared Client Ownership activity
o Transfer Agency.
Ideal Candidate
Professionally qualified or advanced Economics qualification.
* * Transfer pricing experience, preferably with some experience in the financial services sector.
* Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. A good "team player".
* The confidence and ability to build relationships in the business and work collaboratively with non-tax areas.
* A strong interest and enthusiasm for Transfer Pricing and the international developments in this area.
* Excellent writing skills.
* The ability to apply technical knowledge and analysis with logical and well organised systematic reviews.
