They work with an array of clients operating in the financial industry. This is a growing team of just under 40 highly intelligent and talented tax professionals who pride themselves on customer service and high quality tax advice to companies within the real estate, hedge fund and private equity space.
Our client is looking for a Tax Manager for their US International Corporate Tax & Funds Team who has the ability to play a key role in the team and aims to provide excellence to their existing and potential new client base. You will have a wealth of complex international US tax experience including the structuring of funds, carried interest along with acquisitions and disposals. You will be a key driver in the delivery of projects to new and existing clients.
You will have broad ranging financial and US funds tax knowledge, as well as be familiar with the Financial Services market. You will be an ambitious team leader who works well with others and desires to be in a client driven environment.
You will oversee hedge fund and private equity US tax compliance processes for your clients, contribute to tax consulting projects as well as research and explain impact of current and proposed US tax legislation on asset management clients. You will also coordinate multiple engagement teams' schedules and deadlines, coach team members and share experience and knowledge with them.
You must be either CPA/EA qualified, have a master's degree in accounting or taxation (or equivalents), law qualification or have a breadth of knowledge equivalent to CPA.
