Senior Tax Manager (International Tax - US Private Client)

This firm currently seeks a high achieving Senior Tax Manager who has a minimum of 8 years' experience working with US private clients who have some sort of international tax filing considerations (individual or corporate):

You will be involved in the following work:
Responsible for reviewing and final sign off of all international compliance tax forms such as 5471, 8865, 8858, 8621, 926, 1116, 1118, 2555, 3520, 3520-A, 1040NR, TDF 90.22-1 (Now FinCen 114).
Assisting clients with a range of US tax issues, including branch profits tax, withholding tax, foreign investments in real estate, foreign tax credits, controlled foreign corporations (CFCs), passive foreign investment companies (PFICs), corporate reorganizations, and state taxes.
Manage US and sometimes UK tax compliance for a large portfolio of clients including high-net worth individuals and individuals on employer sponsored assignments.
Analysing various Double Tax Treaties and the sourcing of compensation, investment and other income.

Essential Requirements:
Strong track record in international/expatriate tax with awareness of reporting obligations for foreign trusts, corporations and financial assets.
Previous line manager responsibility for staff learning and development including formal reviews
Experience of managing and developing client relationships
Previous responsibility for delivering compliance and consulting services for a varied group of private clients industry sectors
Up to date with current issues in US expatriate taxation
