Tax Senior (International Tax - US Private Client)

This firm currently seeks a high achieving Tax Senior who has a minimum of 2-3 years' experience working with US private clients who have some sort of international tax filing considerations (individual or corporate):

You will be involved in the following work:
Review and preparation US and sometimes UK income tax returns for US citizens residing in the UK
Responsible for preparing and reviewing a number of international compliance tax forms such as 5471, 8865, 8858, 8621, 926, 1116, 1118, 2555, 3520, 3520-A, 1040NR, TDF 90.22-1.
Undertake ad hoc research projects on matters regarding US taxation and social security issues.
Assisting clients with a range of US tax issues, including branch profits tax, withholding tax, foreign investments in real estate, foreign tax credits, controlled foreign corporations (CFCs), passive foreign investment companies (PFICs), corporate reorganizations, and state taxes.
Assist managers with the monthly billing cycle and the drafting of technical and advisory memos while also taking responsibility for the development of junior members of staff.
Getting involved in the preparation and review of complicated investment fund structures, PFIC testing, reporting and planning, complicated Sub Part F analysis and a range of state filing requirements, both from a corporate and personal tax perspective.
