The Tax Manager will be responsible for:
Develop and maintain positive, productive and professional relationships with clients
Participate with the Firm's global real estate tax practice
Generate business development opportunities and participate in the proposal process
Build client relationships, demonstrate knowledge of client business
Review the work of staff
Required Skills
5+ years of prior experience working in the Tax Department of a CPA firm, concentrated in serving Real Estate clients
Master's Degree in Law or Taxation
CPA
Previous experience with Real Estate (Commercial and Residential) and Tax (Compliance; Corporate; Partnership; Research & Planning)
Solid technical background
Broad understanding of the Real Estate industry and be able to be considered a trusted business advisor
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
