Regional Head of Customs

Are you a Customs Director looking to make the next step in your career to lead a whole region ? Due to succession planning, this multi-billion dollar Global organisation are looking to bring in an experienced Customs professional to lead their Americas region. This is their largest region from a Customs as well as team perspective and requires a strong leader who demonstrates the right credentials, aptitude and ambition to take on this rare opportunity.

In terms of technical experience, they are looking for someone from a tax consulting and supply chain background rather than broker. Someone who has wide-ranging technical experience negotiating with authorities, understanding trade agreements, taking the lead with restructuring supply chain amongst other responsibilities. This individual needs to demonstrate that they have already led a strong team be that local or regional and are a seen as a strong leader currently. They will consider experience from within Americas as well as from elsewhere in the globe as long as the person has a strong understanding of how Customs works in the Americas.
