Tax Senior

A dynamic tax specialist who is ATT or CTA qualified and looking to progress is sought by the tax team of a growing independent accountancy firm. Working to directors and senior managers you will deal with advisory focused work dealing with entrepreneurs and their businesses. Great prospects and benefits. Day to day this role will involve:

* ATT/CTA study dependent on the individual's requirements.
*Advisory work including dealing with Ultra High Net Wealth Individuals, and advising on CGT, IHT, residence and domicile issues, property issues including capital allowances.
*Assisting directors with structuring advice to owner managed businesses.
* Dealing with tax queries from other firms of accountants and law firms.
Although this role is advisory focused ideally you will need previous experience of:
* Completion of standard income tax returns/corporate tax returns
* Use standard letters where required
* Communicating effectively with colleagues and HM Revenue & Customs
* To regularly update appropriate tax spreadsheets / databases
* Ability to complete all work within the allocated time scales
* Complete time sheets accurately and on a timely basis
* Basic understanding of income tax and capital gains tax/corporation tax and business tax
