Property Tax Director / Partner Designate

Our client, a prominent big 4 firm with an excellent reputation in the property / construction sector, seeks a highly motivated and confident tax director to lead and develop the local specialist team. You will have the ability and drive to sell tax services into this sector, with the backing of the firm's strong brand and an established team alongside you. A proven track record of developing new opportunities and a positive and forward thinking approach to client work are essential as is the ability to play a major role in the group's business development activities. Your will have broadly based expertise across the field of property / construction and real estate tax issues and will enjoy working alongside entrepreneurial investors and developers. The successful candidate will lead the team across the Northern region and can have a home base in either Manchester or Leeds. If you have rounded tax skills, experience of working with clients ranging from entrepreneurs to plcs and the ability and confidence to deal with a wide variety of issues this is an excellent opportunity. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will make a business case to become a partner in a short time frame.
