Partner Designate

An opportunity has arisen to join one of the North West's leading independent firms as a future tax partner. The firm, which is highly rated across the region and has a strong client base, seeks to recruit an experienced tax specialist with a commercial outlook to enhance its tax advisory capabilities. It is envisaged that the role will lead to partnership within two to three years. You will work closely with the firm's tax partner to help grow and develop the tax function and in time will take over responsibility for leading the tax team. You will enjoy networking and will have a track record of successful business development. The role which, is client facing, will involve you working on a wide variety of planning assignments and consequently, strong client handling skills together with practical experience in tax planning for SME's are required. Candidates with an interest in fostering an area of specialisation which can be profitably developed will be supported and encouraged to do so. You will have a relevant tax or accountancy qualification and an outgoing personality.
