A proven track record of developing new opportunities and leading / growing a team are essential as is the ability to play a major role in the practices ongoing business development activities. Your primary technical expertise will lie in the field of tax advisory projects in the entrepreneurial SME marketplace, but you will have rounded tax skills and the ability and confidence to deal with a wide variety of issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the potential to become the future managing partner.
