Indirect Tax Manager/ Senior Manager

Kingpin International is excited to collaborate with a top-tier Advisory and Consulting firm that is currently seeking a Manager or Senior Manager for their Financial Services department. This opportunity is based in their state-of-the-art offices located in Amsterdam.

Your key responsibilities
As the Manager/Senior Manager of Indirect Tax, you will assume a leadership role with a diverse client portfolio and significant responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on advising customers on VAT issues, objection and appeal procedures, and liaising with the Tax Authorities to ensure all regulations are adhered to.

Additionally, you will be managing a team and collaborating with colleagues from different departments and international offices. You will also serve as a mentor, transferring professional knowledge and nurturing the professional development of your less experienced colleagues.

Requirements
As a candidate, you must have at least 6 years of experience, and a background in the financial sector is a plus, although not required. In addition, you should have completed a master's degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics and have completed NOB training. With strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, you'll be comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues alike.
