Our client is a global group which seek a transfer pricing specialist to join their inhouse team. The Transfer Pricing Manager will manage the group's transfer pricing compliance, including the preparation and submission of local files, master files and other transfer pricing documentation. The TP Manager will manage the group’s country by country reporting obligations and support the Tax Director – Transfer Pricing & Reporting in all transfer pricing matters.
The ideal candidate must be a proven self-starter, who is comfortable directly liaising at all levels to ensure the group meets its transfer pricing, and country by country reporting and filing obligations. This role reports to the Tax Director - Transfer Pricing & Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Management of the preparation and submission process for the group’s global transfer pricing compliance including review and submission of local files, master files, and other transfer pricing documentation. This includes managing the relationship with the group’s transfer pricing external advisors who prepare the local files.
• Review of groupwide transfer pricing policies including review of central modules for inclusion in local files and working closely with advisors in preparing documentation supporting the group’s transfer pricing policies.
• Assist in determining the appropriate transfer pricing policies for the group.
• Monitoring compliance with transfer pricing policies.
• Management of the country-by-country reporting notification and reporting process.
• BEPS Pillar Two reporting.
• Calculation of IP licence fee and maintenance of calculation model.
• Manage internal services agreements process.
• Implement process automation to drive efficiencies and manage risk
• Assist the Tax Director – Transfer Pricing & Reporting with other transfer pricing related matters including:
o queries from the business;
o tax audits;
o intercompany funding; and
o intercompany transactions.
A great in-house role for an experienced qualified transfer pricing individual. You will need prior UK work experience and the right to work in the UK. You may currently work in industry or practice. Based in Knutsford in Cheshire - hybrid working is available. Excellent salary and benefits package.
