This is a unique opportunity for a motivated TP Manager to join a global critical advisory communications business, to help develop and manage their TP function at a Group level. Reporting to the Group Head of Tax and the Head of Group Finance this new role will develop and embed robust TP policies and procedures within the organisation.

The successful candidate will be a part of the Group Finance function based in London but will be expected to liaise with 25+ overseas offices on a regular basis.

The main roles & responsibilities will include:

* Review, develop and implement existing TP policies and procedures
* Maintain and review legal agreements for all transfer pricing between all in scope entities.
* Prepare ad-hoc agreements required for India
* Assist Hong Kong on Transfer pricing to China
* Calculate and raise hourly transfer pricing sales invoices for the entire Group on a monthly basis. Liaise with tax teams for the purpose of dividend payments and corporation tax estimates.
* Responsibility for overseeing invoice postings
* Calculate the rates to be used as part of the transfer pricing process.
* Review all projects to categorise as standard, premium or the need for exceptional methodology.
* Consider exceptional items and suggest proposed route forward
* Raise ad hoc invoices for salary recharges where applicable around the Group.
* Co-ordinate with India on annual local Transfer Pricing audit
* Co-ordinate with PWC for their reviews on master and local files.
* Maintain and create local files for all in scope countries on a yearly basis.
* Maintain the master file.
* Calculate and maintain the management charge (until point of allowed access - for example salary information).
* Review statutory transfer pricing project sales against the management accounts allocations to highlight and pre-empt local issues.
* Technical training to accounting and tax staff on changes in TP legislation

Job requirements:

* Qualified accountant
* Experience working within Big 4 or 2nd Tier Accounting firm specifically in Transfer Pricing
* 5 years+ experience
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to read, interpret and suggest amendments to legal documents
* Good understanding of Transfer Pricing legislation and OECD guidelines
* Experienced in Excel
