Global Head of Employment Tax

Pure Search are currently working with a global matrix business, who are looking to bring in their first Global Employment Tax Lead, based in their global Headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.

As the global Lead, you will have responsibility for driving strategy, compliance, and efficiency across all elements of employment taxes globally. You will also determine key operational processes, technology platforms and systems, 3rd party vendor management, and be the strategic global lead as the ultimate payroll tax risk owner. Other responsibilities will include leading all employment tax audits globally, and managing payroll tax and social security liabilities in complex situations.

My client is looking for a Senior Employment Tax professional, who has had a global remit. You must have experience in a large company within the employment tax team to understand the complexities of matrix businesses. You will have built end to end processes across several ownership area. You will be technologically savvy.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the employment tax function in a large global forward thinking business. The role is based in Basel, Switzerland.
