International Tax Manager, Fully Remote in UK, EU or Israel + Equity

A brand new role for an International Tax Manager has been created in this newly formed Tax team for a truly global business that has seen phenomenal growth since it's creation 3 years ago. The Group is extremely ambitious with a strong entrepreneurial feel, their success in the past 3 years has meant they are already operating in over 150 countries and are valued at over $1.2billion.

The international nature of the business means you will be fully remote and therefore could be based anywhere in the UK, Europe or Israel. Reporting to the Global Tax Leader and working closely with the Head of Finance, key responsibilities include:

* Working in partnership with the business to ensure tax is compliant and optimised as the Group grows and goes into new territories
* Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation; communicating any impact they may have and actioning accordingly
* Acting as the primary contact for corporate tax issues for country controllers regarding corporate tax issues
* Have a strong technical and commercial understanding on tax due diligence projects and advise on tax structuring

You will be working in a Big 4 or a large multinational and have experience of international tax structuring work in territories with complex tax laws.
