Director International Tax & Transfer Pricing, Switzerland

This is a very international, high profile role that is part of the Group Tax Department of a dynamic and innovative industrial manufacturing company. It is a geographically spread, global business and this is a hands-on job covering international tax, TP, tax reporting, tax audits, and M&A. The position manages a team of four in EMEA and reports to the VP Tax based in the US.

The Director of International Tax and Transfer Pricing is a key member of the Global Tax Department. Based in Zug, Switzerland, this is a senior leader position in a dynamic and exciting company. The responsibilities include supervising international tax reporting, tax planning, transfer pricing strategic management and TP compliance, due diligence, tax controversy management, managing outside advisors in multiple foreign jurisdictions, BEPS, DAC6 and other special projects. The position will have high exposure to senior management and will require strong communication skills.

To be successful in this role it is expected that you will need at least 10 - 15 years of experience from either a Big 4 firm and ideally in-house as well. Strong tax accounting skills are required, ideally US GAAP experience. It requires a self-starter, able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, work independently and bring a positive team-first approach to the tax group and company.
