The Ballentine Barbera Group joined forces with CRA in 2006 and now forms the vanguard of our reputation in Transfer Pricing worldwide. With 20 years of experience in dealing with Transfer Pricing issues Ballentine Barbera can apply the most rigorous economic, financial and business analyses to complex cases across a diverse set of industries. In Europe our services are proving increasingly valuable to clients whom we assist in every phase of the tax cycle including planning, documentation and tax valuation. We also provide audit defence and support in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Having served clients across Europe with Transfer Pricing issues, we have dealt directly with tax authorities in multiple jurisdictions. In order to join us as a Vice President, our most senior consulting level, you will need to bring a broad base of client experience. We will provide the platform for you to do more and develop further, but you must already possess the experience, the enthusiasm and the ability to develop and oversee a world-class Transfer Pricing practice in the UK, France or Germany. Fluency in English is mandatory, as is native fluency in French or German for those particular territories.
We expect that you will have a high level of academic achievement in a relevant subject, though the depth and length of your experience as a Transfer Pricing professional is more important to us. Our Vice Presidents, irrespective of discipline, lead by example; they are measured by their progress and the progress of their team. We set great store by the ability to actively develop business and engage new clients; the desire to communicate the advantages and benefits of working with us is fundamental. We also employ a compensation scheme that directly rewards revenue generation as well as experience.
